A worker has been killed at an underground mine site in Western Australia's Goldfields region. The Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety on Wednesday confirmed a worker had died on Tuesday at the Hamlet underground mine near Kambalda, a small mining town about 60km from Kalgoorlie.
